Chloé comme Parris has become an It-label of sorts for girls in the know of the coolest brands. Their ‘90s grunge collection for fall 2013 did not disappoint, and was filled with effortlessly cool pieces, perfect for the girl who refuses to look flawlessly put-together.
Models were sent down the runway in velvet dresses, oversized knits, and embroidered thigh-highs paired with menswear-inspired separates to avoid looking too feminine. Classic ‘90s favourites like slip dresses, moto jackets and choker necklaces took centre stage, as did the minimalist platform creepers the models donned. Hardware accents, a Chloé comme Parris signature, added to the eclectic vibe of the collection. And we loved the sporadic braids in the models’ hair – a great style for second-day tresses.
