A little about me...
My name is Madelyn, and I am a self-professed fashion/beauty/pop culture junkie. I've known I wanted to be a fashion journalist since the 10th grade, and haven't stopped pursuing my dream since.
I've had stints at Fashion Television (RIP), Chatelaine.com, and Rogers Digital Media, and MSN.ca.
I first started style-rx as a tumblr filled with images I loved -- mainly to fulfill my sartorial appetite.
Now, style-rx is a creative outlet for me to share the everyday things that inspire me. I'm a strong believer that looking and feeling your best can turn your day around, for the better. Part portfolio, part blog, style-rx is meant to provide inspiration, style tips and more sartorial goodness for those who love anything fashion.
